Wow, Batswana really is a desert, but I still like Gaborone. I wish I could see what all those buildings in the dirt were. Looks like there were some low income villages there too.

That sounds disrespectful, because Botswana is definitely not a "dirty" country. 😂 It's not "really a desert"; yes, the Kalahari Desert covers a significant chunk of the western and central districts, but the south cannot be described as a desert. It looks dry because the video was taken in August, which is the end of winter (it rarely rains during the winter).

@@angrybritches1854 Let me take you to school. 70% of Botswana is NOT desert; it's "semi-arid". I have lived there, you haven't. I know the various climatic zones that exist there, from tropical in the north to sub-temperate in the south to continental in the west. You don't, because you've never been there. Reading stuff on Wikipedia doesn't make you an expert about a place you've never been to.
