Break barrel-wise,like my swarm magnum gen 2 a lot,not as powerful as my hatsan mod 125(see it on distance and penetration)the gamo isn’t too far behind on power, very close.Gamo is way more quieter though.

Gamo makes great products, but the included Raptor pellets are not very accurate and the optics should have mil dots. Get rid of the pellets and scope and make it a package deal and provide two mags, a sling, bipod, and carrying case.

You can't expect Gamo to include all the accessories you want,----for everybody. For example, I don't want a bi-pod or carrying case. But I would like some fasteners for a sling, if I wanted one. How about just mill dots on the scope? You have to have that if you want to shoot the different ranges the guns can actually do.

@@EarthSurferUSA People have been complaining about the quality of the scopes for years and Gamo doesn't seem to care or doesn't want to change their scopes. I assume it is because they have so many surplus fixed reticle duplex scopes already and they are just trying to get rid of them by bundling them. Which makes no sense because of their inferior durability. So why not bundle in something useful like extra mags, sling, carrying case, and bipods that don't have durability issues? YOU may not want the sling, carrying case, or bipod, but people that actually hunt or pest with their airguns will. I don't know anyone who would complain about getting an extra mag. A sling is always preferable to carrying the 6-9 lbs. gun in your hand over long distance or rough terrain. Bipods help keep shots accurate by stabilizing the gun on uneven ground, and the carrying case keeps the gun from getting dinged up while being transported in a car trunk, or is less intimidating to non-hunters/anti gunners than a "big scary assault weapon." If you visit the Gamo website you can do the math and figure out that a decent scope is worth about $80 retail and $10-20 for the raptors for a total of about $100. For that money you could swap for an extra mag, sling, bipod, and carrying case. Those are relatively cheap on their website. They could probably also add a laser and light and still make a profit. These are much more useful than a scope which is not capable of enduring all the double recoil of the guns or lack mil dots. And their sales would probably skyrocket if they did because it would be a huge value. And they would save a lot on marketing. If Gamo wants to include the cheap quality scope they should just include it with the Urban pcp that has almost no recoil, or the low recoiling kids model Swarm Fox or even some of their revolvers or semi auto pistols. But including a fixed power scope that is only effective out to 35 yards makes no sense when using a Swarm Magnum, Maxxim, Mach 1, or Bone Collector which all have capabilities beyond 50 to 100 yards and harsher recoil. And it's commonly switched out for more durable mil dot scopes anyway. By putting the cheaper quality fixed scope on a lower recoiling rifle, semi-auto pistol, or revolver, you actually extend the potential range and it gives Gamo the valid excuse/justification to raise the price. Anyway, it was just a suggestion that Gamo will probably disregard.

Here is my take on Gamo swarm series: -Gen 1 loading mechanism is much more successful and problem free compared to gen 2 - I have yet to see a Swarm Fusion rifle shoot acceptable groups on any KZbin review video, while the Swarm Maxxim is amazingly accurate -The Bone Collector Mach 1 rifle should have came with open sights -The Swarm Magnum gen 2 open sights are completely unusable at short distances below 60 yards due to 1) very high cheek riser, 2) front sight post hight design flaw (it should be placed at a little higher level)

After I figured out how to shoot a springer well, I have never seen a YT vid with anybody who can out shoot me. I can't be that good. I have no interest in seeing 25 to 40 yard tests, unless I want a good belly laugh. :) Who ever relegates any break barrel to 25 yards, (with a scope), has some technique to learn. But Rick here knows it all already. He says he has been shooting springers for years and years. I respect the guy for many other things, but if I were a manufacture, I would find a better shot to showcase my guns,---than just about anybody on YT who I have seen.

Step up one and all!! Watch the amazing accuracy and repeatability of Gamo spring air guns. Watch world known Rick Utser, (sp, sorry Rick), and his years and years and years and years and years,(whew, a long time), of experience with spring air guns perform amazing feats of small 1.5" groups with the amazing Gamo spring guns,----at 15 yards! Gamo, you seriously need to find some shooting talent to represent your springer guns. Sorry Rick. I am just speaking from experience. I like the rest of your stuff. Doug in Michigan

I found out that we can not get gun parts from Gamo unless we have a licensed firearms dealer order them for you. There is not one in my area. Gamo, please do not bend to imaginary gun laws in the USA. We are in no hurry for more restrictions that you just did to us on your own. Fire your lawyers. I want to order parts I need directly. I bought the gun directly. This is irrational! Doug in Michigan.
