I remember flying the Embraer 140 and they said avoid excessive rolling or the wings will touch the ground. That might be what happened, so try to make sure not to do sharp turns or your plane's wings will crash the runway.

You said that why you cannot pass lisence B, because Right main tank is empty, so the weight of the aircaft will concentrated to thr right, also it is side wind from west at that moment, so the wind pushes the aircraft right, hence in calculation fuel+wind if the weight is heavier than the Maximum weight over of the aircraft's limit the landing gear will collapse
