What about the people who are too injured to climb into these "air taxis." Why do you think they have the stretchers and med-evac equipment? Its a decent idea for someone who isn't injured but I highly doubt the radar cross section of this vehicle is any less noticeable to adversaries. Without significant improvements in battery/energy technologies then we are far from any new solutions in this field. I hope they do make these breakthroughs but I imagine when they do it will mean a completely drone-centric battlefield making all of these ideas obsolete.
