I’m so sorry. I have that health anxiety too. I had soy sauce with salmon and didn’t even think of it until it was too late and I was thrown into a wave. Cocoon yourself and do whatever you need to do. Praying for you 💜 You’re a rockstar for getting on that second flight and making it home! 💪

Almost 21 months off. Things are getting a lil easier. Going to the store is still pretty tuff but the mental is definitely changing. Lots of nerve pain still but i feel like i turned a small corner. Good luck too you. Speed HEALING.

I have a lot of pain with taking clonazepam for about 20 years now. I'm on the third week of tapering to Valium from 1 mg of clonazepam. Did you find that you had a lot of pain in your muscles and or nerve burning throughout this process?
@positivebenzowithdrawal55784 жыл бұрын
Yes to the burning. Not so much pain in muscles, however, I know this is a symptom for many people.

You look pretty healthy for being in withdrawl
@positivebenzowithdrawal55784 жыл бұрын
Thanks. I do look healthy and normal. Often people in withdrawal do. I am in post-acute withdrawal and my symptoms wax and wane. I don't do videos when I am crying and disheveled, I just don't feel that's necessary. There are a lot of videos where people post on the worst days.

If I took 1mg Ativan for 2 months do you think I will have horrible withdrawal, should I taper?
@positivebenzowithdrawal55784 жыл бұрын
Yes, I'd do some kind of taper for sure. Not at all sure what that would look like because we are all so completely different. Some people need longer, slower tapers and some don't, however, I wouldn't just stop taking it. Do some kind of taper.
@Usicky124 жыл бұрын

Thank you so much for sharing your experience. Wow! Epic. I hope this wave eases soon for you, and your story of getting through is really inspiring. sue morris hi Sue. Are you holding your dose? I’m in a wave today. A few days after this video I had a window that lasted a few weeks. This wave has been maybe two weeks now and getting worse which means to me I’m peaking and will be over the worst of it soon and then down the other side. That’s how my waves go.

@@positivebenzowithdrawal5578 oh im sorry. Ugh. At least you are on the other side. I wish I was. Starting to taper my last .25. Can't believe how hard it is. How a tiny speck of a pill can disrupt life so much. I like your videos
