I decided to upgrade from my AirPods 1 to this 3rd gen airpod. My first ones right airpod were dying fast so I just upgraded to this. Also my ear doesn’t like the rubber feel of the pro. Anyway, seems like my first gen one is much louder than these new ones. Hopefully it’s not defective 😬

*FOR ANYONE WITH ISSUES STILL AFTER THIS* Just start throwing that shit around I specifically threw my one time to let them fall out the case. Then started it throwing it and catching it. Then threw it directly facing up so the bottom hit the ground for the connectors to be forced together. Then I banged then on the table a lil and it worked🤝

I have 3rd gen AirPods, the right one just wasn’t working. What helped me is forgetting the device (AirPods). go to Bluetooth devices and click forget device, then restart your phone, open your AirPods and click the back button so the menu to connect them pops up. Then hold the back button for long, I held mine until the red light came on twice. Fixed it for me, it showed that my airpod was dead.

I'm probably late to the party but I need Help. I bought my AirPods 3 a few days ago but I've noticed that my right Airpod doesn't work by itself. My left airpod will happily work with my right one still in the charging case, but when it's the other way around the right airpod will not turn on. The right airpod still works when both airpods are in the ear though. And the controls on the right airpod don't work either. It's very strange. Is there a fix to this?
