I bought 2 xess earbuds a few months ago from his website and they were both genuine with box and warranty so I'd say its about standard. If something feels defective or damaged, comment on this video and odds are Bilal will reply personally. Back when he did the xcess video, some people did comment about issues and he replied to them with solutions. This earbud I personally wouldn't recommend buying though.
