Taking the $49 difference in price into effect… 1) Noise cancellation/transparency mode is sweet. 2) They fit better with the silicon tips and are more comfortable. 3) The shorter stems make them exponentially easier to look at. The 2nd gen AirPod stems are quite long.

Was there any ear soreness after wearing them for a while? My 2nd generation didn’t bother me, but silicone fittings usually do. Just curious....

They felt “interesting” after having them in during the video. I guess I had to adjust to them. Afterwards they felt fine though when I put them back in later on in the day.
