4:03 News today: in the rocky mountains on Friday with rain, fog and low visibility EuroTrans-2689 landed at 22:00 on the clock, EuroTrans landed giving the gear to retract since the hydraulics failed as they landed with a nose dive in order for it to retract and break into the wheel bay (including the plane including the incident was 40 years old), EuroTrans came to a stop 50 feet before the end of the runway therefore the airport sent out their squad to see if anyone was injured, hurt, or even a fatality onboard, Fortunately no one was hurt except from a bruise on the leg and a slight headache, at 01:00 (3 hours later) A.T.C (Air Traffic Control) forgot to close down the runway and send all running planes to the airport to divert to a different one nearby, BEAMExpress-8817 arrived 30 minutes earlier with no warning that there was a plane on the runway and not being cleared (Since it was raining the brakes werent really well at stopping to make it less worse and since the plane for BEAMExpress in the incident as more older than EuroTrans), At around 01:30 BEAMExpress landed, and ran into the fire squad, ambulances and even the already existing plane on the runway (EuroTrans); In order for the incident 18 fatalities and 9 major injuries. The Airport was closed for 2 weeks in order from the incident And was forced by the legal government to make it longer and have more powerful light strips on the runway and if the day where planes were landing was terrible with low visibility and heavy rains the incoming planes on that specific day would be diverted into a nearby airport on the ground with longer runways and more visibility. The Whole Incident caused BEAMExpress 5 million Dollars and EuroTrans 7.9 Million Dollars.

1:14 Indonesia Air Asia Flight 8303 was a regularly scheduled flight from Washington Dulles International Airport to Los Angeles International Airport with a stopover in Dallas / Fort Worth. While flying the final leg of the flight however, the IL-76 (not accurate, as I don’t know the exact aircraft) operating the flight crashed into another plane after ATC error caused a student pilot to enter the runway while Flight 8303 was on a three mile final. The tower dismissed this causing both planes to enter a collision course. However, the pilots of Flight 8303 did see the student pilot and initiated a successful go-around, but because the pilots could not think straight after the near hit as shown in the later CVR, they crashed into two roads with cars, causing all 173 people on board to perish, in addition with 23 souls on the ground, thus adding up to 195 souls lost. It was later determined that the cause of the crash was due to the previously mentioned error. CVR of both planes: ATC: Dolphin 184 cleared for takeoff Runway 36. Student Pilot: Roger, cleared for takeoff Runway 36, Dolphin 184. Pilot (Flight 8303): Air Asia 8303 requesting landing clearance on Runway 36. ATC: Air Asia 8303 cleared to land Runway 36, your traffic on a three mile final is a student pilot. Pilot: Roger, cleared to land Runway 36, Air Asia 8303. (About a minute has passed since Dolphin 184 has entered the runway.) Pilot: GO AROUND! Co-Pilot: I’M TRYING!!! Pilot: KEEP IT STRAIGHT!! WE’RE GOING TO- (sound of impact and screaming) Co-Pilot: GOD!!!!!! (end of recording) Aftermath: News Reporter: An IL-76 has just crashed into two roads of cars killing 195 souls. News Reporter 2: This morning 195 souls have been lost at the cost of a go-around done by an Air Asia pilot after a student pilot entered the runway while landing. 0:45 The TCAS ("Traffic, traffic") system is used to prevent aircraft from colliding in the air, and not to prevent a collision with an obstacle. As for the truck, the EGPWS system would rather work ("obstacle"), if it reacted at all to an obstacle of such dimensions. And it is also not clear why the GPWS system worked ("terrain, terrain, pull").
