Super happy with this Ecovacs robot vacuum and mop. It’s a game-changer for our cleaning routine. We immediately opened the box after we received it in about two days without Prime. The setup was super easy, and it was up and running in no time. The vacuuming power is incredible-it picks up everything from dust and dirt to hair.

Only had it a day but loving it already. Fast and easy to setup. Great job of first room mapping although drawing a manual line break between rooms a little tricky. Many options for choosing floor type and app suggests tweaks after cleaning each room. Many options for general settings e. g. vacuum power, mop washing interval , mop drying time, after meal cleaning and on and on. Solid build and excellent design work. I returned a cheaper wannabe when the wifi quit working and that was a favour to me stepped up big price-wise but worth it for quality and features.

It's much quieter than the other units and because of its vision and ability to detect obstacles instead of thumping into them like my previous Neato, (named Thumper, for obvious reasons) it allows me to schedule cleaning during the night.

Setup was easy once I got comfortable with the idea of allowing the app to have location access. Apparently, it's only needed for setup because I've since turned it off, and it's still working fine. Camera access is not necessary at all if you don't use the QR code for setup.
