If you're not smart enough to wear adequate protection, do not be angry when your unprotected bits get hit. The only time to be angry is when a melee kill or a simple "bang" would be sufficient, and you get lit up at point blank range. You know when you're dead to rights. Hell, I once saw a guy surrender BEFORE a sniper shot him. Looked across a clearing, and realized he was staring straight down the barrel of a gun. Immediately just gave a thumbs up, waved, and walked away.
