I have one and it worked very well for 2 years (I shooted thausands of BBS). Probably still work but one BB broke inside and now shotgun has feeding problems. However, it's still good buy for the price. I use this shotgun only in CQB so I recommend short/metal version which is best for this enviroment.

Is the orange tip simply a plastic band that fits over the barrel or is it a fixed in a different way? I would like to know to see if I can take it off or paint over it

Just a heads up for all the short people here that think of buying this. Get the shorter M870. I bought the full long one amd its really long. Also the pump is hard too so train some GYM before you buy it 😂
