Airsoft Innovation grenades are really fucking expensive here in Canada since theyve gone out of buisness, and with the lack of available replacement parts, I fear it is not a good investment anymore.

I dnt know any field that would accept the dummy grenade. Every game I’ve played that has grenade rules stated that they need to be “live action”. As in they have to make noise or launch bb’s. I’m so bummed to at airsoft innovations went under 😢 They made the best grenades imo. I’ve got a few and dread the day any of them break 😭

Here in Germany, some fields also allow the dummy ones. There are rules, such as" the entire room is hit" or "5 Meter Radius is hit". But not on any field for sure. AI did make some pretty cool stuff, yeah. But after they vanished from the market, they left some pretty big questions and many pre-orderers of their promised new shotgun, who never got their products! :/

The spoon lach on the Detonator is that you can attach it directly on molle.

Hi Rummbolt, thank you for a really interesting and thorough summary of the grenades. I relied on Thunder-B's but recently in Ireland, they have been pretty much banned as the Garda (police) decided as they couldn't be Chrono-ed, then they couldnt be used. Grrrrrr.

That´s a pitty. Here in Germany, the Thunder B´s are also allowed only on very few fields. And if you want to play there, you have to use active hearing protection. Gas and spring grenades are less dangerous, but also... a little less exciting :P

The spoon is for attaching the granate on to your belt or Molly webbing I guess

What’s the range of the tornado 2 vs apocalypse? It says online only 20 fps difference

Well, i did not measure, but told by impression I'd say the tornado 2 has more boost than only +20 fps compared to apocalypse. It uses a completely different technology which seems to be the most advanced of all tested grenades. Have a good one :)

@@mattyice2271 If you still can get one - yes, because the timer allows you to be more flexible. You can roll it in a room for example or let it bounce from a wall without being deployed. In my eyes, it is the technically most advanced grenade out there,

The begadi nade looks really good. Im using some cheap ass 13€ spring nade rn, it does the trick but a cheap time fuze spring nade would be my favourite tbh In my opinion gas nades mostly have a 2d disk spread pattern, which I dislike compared to the bloom of spring mechanism nades

I agree with you in most points in favor of the spring grenade. The only issue on the begadi one for me is the trigger mechanism. Its a little difficult to set the sensibility. Besides, its a great product :)
