Had to look it up. I think the name is a butchering of the word Zhulong, a mythological Chinese dragon. Would definitely explain the dragon theme of the gun.

The 74u powered by AA batteries has a design born from Japanese airsoft culture. Usually it’s CQB one-life gamemodes as the standard as opposed to the west’s respawn TDM modes. Priority went to budget power source, trigger response, and close-range performance. P cool to be honest, but meant for a completely different type of play.

TOYKO MARUI Light pro series is for under 18 years old (10-14 years old )because, due to prefecture’s ordinance, younger children couldn’t get highly power airsoft guns(it has to be under 0.135 Jules ) until they getting older to 18 years old. (Average 18 old air soft guns is mostly under than 0.98 Jules. If you over powering the airsoft guns to upper than 0.98 Jules, which means you are going to be jailed for long time. )So be careful everyone especially visiting in Japan for airsoft.👍 anyways, enjoy happy airsoft life XD Advice from Japanese Airsoft player.

Also while it's fully plastic the build quality is top notch, as per Tokyo Marui's quality. I have tried some of their springer pistols, while they're still all plastic, they're extremely well built and very accurate.

24:05 that seems to be an intentional limit. And it would work like any semi-automatic gun in a game like call of duty, for example. The gun's fire rate has a defined upper limit, and because the trigger has a non-zero reset time, pulling the controller trigger or pressing the mouse faster than that limit will actually result in a low than ideal rps.

I have a custom made em cannon actually made to fire gel rounds with a 7kg crush force at about 300 plus fps, it’s fully clear. 7kg gel rounds are about the same as plastic bbs, the reason why I have this is because airsoft is illegal but gel is legal for some reason, yes the gels can tear your skin. There’s also a gel blaster themed after the second gun called the “shark SHUS”

The regulation for airsoft guns in Japan peerages airsoft players into two category. Either people who are above 18 or people above 10 years old. The light pro series and boys from a different company is intended for the airsoft players under 18 and above 10

Akshually, that mag release is more traditional than the standard mag release of modern pistols. That type of mag release was more popular for european pistols before they switch to the standardized thumb mag release. Examples are the Makarov and the p-38.

I’d say that chainsaw is pretty sick despite a majority of the problems. I mean I’m biased, it was my favorite LMG in COD Ghosts. But while not practical I’d see it working for more of a heavy load out, or possibly even a more mobile juggernaut.

9:09 this is an underbarrel/"masterkey" shotgun. Very common in cqc combat for blasting off doors. In airsoft I suppose you could use it as a nifty quick draw secondary

For the Hawking Pistol I suggest that you ease into the trigger pull rather than jerking the trigger, it helps when there’s a long trigger pull and with overall accuracy.

Love watching your videos and seeing all the new airsoft guns and gadgets that are coming out now. I'm 49 years old and i owned and ran an airsoft field in Louisiana for 11 years. Shut down a few years ago after the left the person that helped me build this field and bring in the players we did, tragically passed away. He was way to young and was like a son to me. I shut down about 2 years ago now and haven't even picked up an airsoft gun since. I will admit i miss it, but still hurts like hell. So, now this is where i get my airsoft in is watching you onbox cool guns and some not so cool ones. Maybe after more time passes, i may play again. I think i need to get me a good mystery box and see what i get, might get me oit to at least shoot some targets. I made these hinged targets out of sheet metal and was going to put them on the buildings in out village. Use them as markers that way if the targets where down, players would know that building is destroyed and the outside can only be used for cover. Sorry, i'm rambling. Love the channel. RIP Chase.

There is a very good reason they do not put metal gearing in things. There needs to be a fail point built into any gearbox. If it is all made of high quality steel gears and something gets stuck and jams, the motor will fail. If it's still under warranty then the manufacturers would have to put in a new expensive motor for free... If something jams and a plastic gear breaks then it's a really cheap fix.

The first gun is a child's toy. Basically if you see a Tokyo Marui airsoft gun with a 10歳以上 エアガン (Jyuusai Ijou) on the packaging it basically says that it's for children age 10 and up. Most Tokyo Marui guns under this category are lower quality, very underpowered, and aren't usually 1:1 scale.
