Doesn't seem like a bad gun, but keep in mind you can get a really good gun ( full metal ) on large retail stores blow out pages to get ready for next year. I received a G&G full metal for 200 that retailed for last year which has been abused every weekend and upgraded to a DSG. If I went the same route with this one it would have surely had problems.

Why are so many airsoft m4s so short. People refer to a normal carbine length m4 as big. God forbid you give them a full length rifle

I honestly prefer the shorter guns, makes it easier to shoot out of corners without coming out of cover too much yourself, as well as blind firing for the places that allow it, although I play mainly on an indoor cqb arena

There's little improvement in fps between short and long barrels. Accuracy is a non issue due to the meta leaning towards volume of fire than actually aiming. The shorter the gun, the more maneuverable, and lighter it'll be.

Personally, I'd rather run the short M4 platform with a suppressor and a longer inner barrel run to the end of the suppressor. Still get a shorty M4 but with more standard carbine length inner barrel.

I use the CQB in FDE (mid sized one) and it preforms great. light and awesome in Cqb, as well as 170$ish price point. its lasted me nearly a year now, will reccomend

herobrine_trolo if he wants it to look more realistic hes gonna need to boil the glue off the suppressor thread on the gun, that or have him take it to a local airsoft shop see if they can take it off for him (i bought a tight bore barrel for mine and they made the suppressor removable)

Hi Jonathan, I'm trying to introduce Airsoft for the youth program at my gun club. We have a basement area that was formerly a rimfire range but had to be abandoned for that use due to environmental concerns. We presently have .22 cal rifles and 20 ga shotguns for outdoor use but I'm thinking Airsoft would be perfect for indoors. I'm trying to sell the idea to the membership based on the very low cost of the "ammo". With that in mind, I'm thinking that AEG's for both handgun and rifle would be the way to go. Could you suggest some handguns? It also comes to mind that perhaps some spring powered "sniper" type rifles would be good for the kids to do some paper punching with. The target distance would not exceed 50 feet in any case. Thanks!! Kevin in CT

I can't be the only one experiencing ar15 fatigue... One can only derive from the same platform for so long before it gets to be repetitive and boring. It's not a bad system, it does do a lot very well, but I wish other types of firearms would be replicated with the similar price and ubiquity.

I typed out a long list of examples of guns near this $200 price point, but I clicked a button and it all went away. So to summarize it for you; yes you are not the only one hence why they make other models that people buy. However, a majority of people like the ar15 so they use it, make videos, design new versions.

It's not a surpressor, and it'll be difficult to take off. If you do manage, the barrel will be exposed.

Well when u want it to look cool u add stuff like a peq box an acog and a foregrip with a custom paint job. And if you have been playing for a long time like me u have more the one gun for example I have a Tokyo Marui sniper, LVOA-S, and elite force h&k 416. You obviously don't play airsoft and is a little kid trying to finesse your parents to buy you a airsoft gun and then when u get hit you would probably cry. Hannibal Military Merc I can give you a written review. Or look up fire hawk reviews. 315 FPS amazing trigger response. Great rate of fire with a 7.4 Sturdy G&G polymer. Comes with a metal black amplifier if you want to remove the orange one. Lightweight. Better looking adjustable stock than most AEGs I've had it for about 6 months. The high cap it comes with keeps up with the rate of fire as well
