I just got one. Bone is more a Caribbean blue than i expected. The pins on the pile side are feelable. The main blade had blade wrap at the main pin, despite having a stop pin. Im thinking they're 28 bucks cause there's some real variability.

Could be, but the smart move would be to sell them as seconds, because otherwise they’re just hurting the brand.

Gold fish snack cracker shield! Very cool! Thats a first for me. Very unlike RRR to have that poor fit and finish. I was wondering why they were more affordable. Maybe you got a bad one? Definatley a spear point Jack knife. I have 1 RR cottom sampler with a normal nail nic and not match strike. I think it was a mistake.
