Wish you converted the dinette to the bed form so we could see how small it is. Glad you pointed out a lot of practical considerations that videos from dealers (like from Mr. Boticelli) neglect (like the issues with power to the fridge, limited solar capability (which itself is like a $2300 option for a paltry 90W), small dinette bed, etc. I would also mention that the lack of a sink in the wet bath is a deal breaker for many... like ewww, just no. Great video, hope you cover more Airstream trailers and class B RVs!

Thanks for your feedback! Good point about the table, I'll try to do that in future videos!

7:36 A Bambi 16rb is 3000 pounds, dry weight. Not 3500. Also, this isn’t the the 16rb Bambi in the photo.

You are totally right, I should have made that clear in the video. This video is about the Airstream Caravel and the weights shown are for the Caravel which is heavier than the Bambi. I was using that photo because my Aunt was particularly concerned about needing a truck for this but I can see how that might confuse people! Thanks for pointing it out!

@@breem9982 Did I miss the video on Aunt Jane's decision? My criteria are similar, looking at REI basecamp airstream, alto safari 1723 & tab 320s. Would really love to hear what she decided and why!

Hi Evvelyn - I just posted the video! She bought the Happier Camper HC1 Studio. It's small, light, has an indoor kitchen and bathroom and she can have a table set up with the bed. One of the biggest selling points was how the back opens up completely.

9:09 that looks like a 19’ or 20’ model and not the 16’.

Yes it is. That is a friend's trailer, I took that photo while camping with them. That is a 22' older model airstream. Thanks for watching that far :)
