Loved watching this video, as it brings back wonderful memories of Martha's Vineyard! We rented a cottage for 2 weeks in Edgartown years ago and had the best time. In September of '21 we were on an Airstream trip in the NE and stayed at Sun Outdoors Cape Cod located in East Falmouth. It is a very nice RV resort and has another ferry line to Martha's Vineyard very close by in this town. We took our bikes on the ferry and enjoyed biking around the island (and you can load your bike on the buses on MV to get you around). We will look into possibly using the MV campground next trip over! Glad you enjoyed your time there! :)

Greg, you are so right about that. We're changing some things in 2023 so we get to spend more time in each location. We're moving too quickly, and missing so much. How much was it to take your rv on the ferry? We can’t find the rates in steamship authority? This looks dooo fun and baby Dadh is the star if the show for sure ❤

Kirsten, it was about $500 for a roundtrip ferry ride, which included two adults (Dash was free) and then the fee for our 30' Airstream and Ford F250. It was so worth it. We would stay longer next time, as we LOVED Martha's Vineyard and there is so much to explore here. ❤

Thanks, George! I (Daniel) love traveling with the RV, but there are certain states in the NE - specifically certain highways - that make for some super stressful driving! The locations are amazing, but getting to them can sometimes be a bit of a bear! 🐻

Thanks, friend! The Chicago video is a bit of a mess. We filmed some things, but when Lauren decided last minute to run the race we shifted into crazy mode to make sure she had everything to be successful - so we ended up being SO distracted! Fortunately, she crushed it and all is well with the world! We hope you have an amazing week, friend! Oh, PS, we're filming this crazy Disney marathon race in January. We are planning on this trip next Sept. What is the total length of RV/Truck allowed on the ferry?

Hi Ken! There are a few ferry options and departure locations, but for the one we were on the max was 54' in total length. We have a 30' classic (really 31') and a Ford F250 which is ~ 20', so we were good to go. In talking to a local, he let us know that there are other ferry options for RVs that are larger. I believe they're open top, and what the semi's use to transport goods to the island. You are going to have a wonderful time here! We loved it and will definitely be back. Lauren + Daniel + Dash

That black raspberry ice cream would have sucked me right in. Lol!!! 😋😋😋 I hope you have a chance to go to New Port Rhode Island. That is where the Vanderbilts and Carnages had their summer homes. These places are like 180,000 Sq ft. They are all open for tours. They are a must see. I know you always post well after being someplace. I sure hope you were not back in Florida for Hurricane Ian. We have a Class A diesel pusher. We loaded up and headed west to Texas. Fortunately our house is in good shape. 🙂 One of our friends house is completely demolished. Another sat on her bed texting my wife as the water rose in her house.
