Since my husband passed a few years ago I haven't ventured out much. We used to love being on the road with kids and dogs in tow so if you don't mind I will travel with you in spirit. I'd love to have one I'm so jealous, I need one so myself and my service dog could live away from who I'm living with!!! I kick myself for not having the funds ,,,but ssdi only pays so much of back breaking work I've done all my life I switched from taking care of others to becoming a ANIMAL groomer,...lol that job I called it alligator wrestling hahaha !!! Just thought I'd throw that in..,

My uncle had one of these custom build like in 75 it was one of the biggest on the road he how to change you could drive it it was a big huge silver classic Air stream he said you will never see one of these on the road like this. It was gorgeous he had everything in it that a home would have including a fireplace electric one it had microwave 14 karat gold shower stall it was absolutely gorgeous and he is right I have never seen one that you can drive. He had a home that had 17 rooms in it he said back in the fifties he paid $40,000 for it for the airstream custom made bus to be billed he said he paid $70,000 for. That was a lot of money back in the day but he is right I have never seen one since his where you could drive it. The captain seats swarved around they were velvet plush it looked like a home on wheels. It was very beautiful.
