I love this mask it over performs other masks I have used with comfort and AHI readings at zero unlike the others. Problem is I need this mask without magnets. Wish Resmed sold the same mask without magnets as an option. Or include clips and instructions to remove magnets!!!!

The nose piece that came with my unit does not have memory foam around the nasal portion just plastic latex or some thing. I always get a red sad face on my morning reads. I cannot find the mask you are showing on the Internet still waiting to feel better.😩

Sounds like they sent you AirFIT cushion (silicone) instead of AirTOUCH (memory foam) N20. It's technically the same frame, just 1 is silicone and one memory foam. I suggest calling your supplier and telling them they sent the wrong nasal mask and tell them you need AirTouch N20 memory foam nasal cushion. Hope this helps

I have this and the dreamwisp, the dreamwisp large is tight on the bridge of my nose the n20 touch medium is way more comfortable

Yes, separating the cushion from the mask is ridiculous! I’m going to try wedging a popsicle stick (or something similar) between them, as a commenter on another video suggested.

Is there an issue with the heated tube performance because it’s connected to the short tube which is obviously not a heated tube?

I'm having a lot of trouble getting the pillows separated! Also, although it seems like it will be really comfy, it weirds me out that you can't wash it and are told to only use wipes. The manual is confusing! The first paragraph on page 6 says, "Soak and agitate the AirFit N20 cushion..." Lower down there's a big "Caution" "The cushion must not be submerged in liquid!!" People!!! Don't you proofread before you put out a manual?!

I cannot tell… Should the lettering on the straps be facing outside or inside? I ask because my straps curl inwards, and I have to take the whole thing off to refit the straps. I’m constantly refilling this darn thing I hate it.
