If there is nobody to receive a rental car, what to do? Just leave the car key inside and go?

Depends on the company and location, there should be something that tells ya what to do. Most places will have a key drop box. Or you can be sure to ask when you’re renting the car what the procedure is. But the thing is, no one can take the car out of there anyways if you do leave them in the car…so that’s better than holding onto the keys 😂
