There is actually flavor cartridges that you can buy from Cirkul that sweeten the flavor with Stevia so it’s not a new thing about this water bottle doing it. And personally I think Cirkul is better because you can adjust the amount of flavor you get at any time rather than that water bottle only injecting more flavor directly into the water.

I mean you're both kind of half right. Stevia does come from a plant but the raw product is less than 50% of the concentration that is required for general products. So in turn they have to soak that plant in methanol to extract it to the 90 to 100% range. So it is a naturally occurring sweetener that has to be artificially produced in order to be commercially marketable. It's also popular in production because it's around 200 to 300% sweeter than sugar which requires significantly less to sweeten. Reducing total production costs and hence why many companies want to use it. But the mass consumption of stevia can have other health effects such as increased cholesterol. But it's at least better than other artificial sweeteners which will just give you diarrhea. Either way you probably better off just drinking water.

Bought my old lady a cirkul bottle 2 weeks ago. Between her and my little boy in 1 week theyve drank more the 5 gallons of water. Lol. Ended buying my own cirkul bottle yesterday. The reason i like it so much is you can have pure water at any time. Or youve got 1-10 flavor strength you can control. The flavoring never mixes in the water itself either. Which makes cleaning and takings care of it extremely easy, and conveinent. If reccomend!
