Airush Ultra 9m Test

I tried out the Airush Ultra in higher wind & with a twin tip. We all know it is good as a hydrofoil & light wind kite, so I wanted to see how versatile it is. Also, I test the Ocean Rodeo Stick Shift bar.

I consider buying 9 and 12 for twintip riding and im wondering will it pass the exam because its dedicated to foil, i mean won't it be too weak in comparision to another kites with a twintip? Could you tell me, please? Or tell me how strong the wind was besides the 30knots gusts. Thanks!

Michael, the Ultra isn't really the best choice for exclusively ridding twin tip in high wind. The boost is average and the hang time is average. Strength is not an issue though. Plus, if you sometimes ride waves and surf, the Ultra is pretty good there too. However, if you want to ride only twin tip, there are better choices.
