Airy and delicious Cupcakes with Chocolate

Airy and delicious
Ingredients;
3 eggs (M)
170 g sugar
1 packet of vanilla sugar
200ml milk
180 ml oil
Approx. 270 g flour
2.5 heaped tablespoons of cocoa for baking
1 packet of baking powder
100g chopped milk/dark chocolate or chocolate chips
Large paper muffin tins
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 175 degrees, top and bottom heat.
First, mix the eggs, sugar and vanilla in a bowl until foamy. Then add butter and milk and continue stirring.
Add flour, baking powder and cocoa.
You should have a nice, smooth dough.
Add chocolate. Pour the batter into the prepared pans, sprinkle with chocolate again and bake for about
20-25 minutes.
