Whenever someone has cold or alight fever or otherwise body feels disturbed, it's actually normal for BP to get high. No need to worry, unless BP stays high as a norm. Please observe for 2 weeks and if its still high consistently then only there is a cause for concern. In winters we all stop exercise...dont sweat so its bound to get a bit higher. Par mein diwali ke aas pass hi aap ko likhna cha rahi thi ki aap jo itni recipes itni oil mein aur quantity mein banati hei, vo aap ke ghar ke members hi khate hei toh vo sehat ke liye theek nahi hei. Par mein likh na saki kyu ki mostly aap ke subscribers aap ki bahut praise karte hei aur mera essa kuch likhne par aap aur ke subscribers bura maan jate. Aap oily & heavy khana video ke liye banae, jayada quantity mein na banae aur baad mein thoda ghar ke liye rakh kar baki bahar logo mein bant de. Blog ka blog bane ga aur daan bhi ho jae ga. Maam ager aapke bete ko bp ki problem ho gayi hai toh aapko ab uske khane ka jyada dhyan rakhna pade ga. Aap bura nahi manna please bcoz aap ghee aur oil ka jyada use krte ho.
