Try the kadhaa of ginger,cloves,cinnamon and tulsi ( if you can manage to get it)and black pepper . Take it with a spoon of honey thrice a day and see if it helps. To keep acidity away you can boil cumin seeds and ginger and cool it down. Then have it in the morning. Just suggesting . Hope u get well soon. Hi Arujuna and Divya, you guys can find a good rented apartment near Coventry City Center in Draper's Field. There is a nursery as well in front of our apartment only. It is quite closer hardly 5 min walking distance to the city center. A beautiful place to live in..lots of Indians live in the society

You should try salt in tea....... After you tea is completely made before pouring in the cup add ¼ teaspoon or less than that salt in the cup and then pour the ☕ and try drinking it hot........ Drink it twice a day...... This is just a home remedy that I take coz I face throat pains and infections very frequent

Hey Arjuna.. if you have thick cough then have meethi water (Boil 1 teaspoon Fenugreek seeds in 1 glass of water boil it till the water is left half a glass) this will help you in cutting your cough... I used this for a week and it helped me a lot

Arjuna da... Apko main apne dada jaise hi manti hu.. Apke lie ek advice... U have sore throat very frequently and dryness.. Try to have half lemon honey in lukewarm water everyday very first in the 🌞morning and inculcate in your daily routine.. U will surely be benefited. I myself am a Doctor and use to have very frequent sore throat and tonsillitis. Had antibiotics. But sometimes these homely remedies are the best for long-term. Just try it. Ginger and honey paste is good for cough... Take 1 spoon of ginger juice ,warm it and 1spoon of honey in it and have it(don't heat honey) U can have it just before sleep But don't drink water or don't eat anything after it ..
