I agree with you so much about kids teaching us patience. I have 4 older children (23, 17, 15, and 12). Over the years, many times, I've had to purposely focus on remaining patient with them. Being a mother with kids who are older, I can honestly say I miss the simplicity of life when they were younger. As they become older, there are so many challenges as a parent I have to learn how to navigate. Because dealing with a child that is a young adult, teenagers, and a pre-teen is harder because now their own opinions interfere with how you want to parent them. Being a parent is a constant learning relationship and extremely rewarding. But I really miss the time when my kids were small. It's stressful, but it is truly the most precious time being a parent❤. When they become bigger and busier, you'll miss these moments when they are tiny and by your side.

I love your parenting style. Yes it takes patience, but it is so worth it. Maybe get Sarangi his own bed( I think they have dog beds that heat up when they lie on them and automatically turns off when they get up) so you and Junju can sit on the sofa too😂.
