Hey loves! This is by far my longest video EVER! After so much amazing feedback this past couple of weeks, I decided it was time I do my first Get Ready With Me video. Since I have so many amazing subscribers, I wanted to tell you all more about myself, to add a bit more personality to my channel. I really appreciate you all, so I hope this gives you a little more insight into who I am. Also, I’ll show you how I refresh my hair on *day 4* of a wash and go. Yesss! I have hereditary deep set creases under my eyes too and I’m always trying to find ways to minimize them so I don’t look so tired all the time! Never thought to leave the concealer on for a few minutes before using the sponge or adding the baking powder afterwards. Great tips!

Ugh it is the worst, it's my biggest complaint haha! I've found that letting the concealer set a little longer helps. As does baking, that Laura Mercier loose powder is the best one I've used personally for this issue!

Thanks for the video. I have type 4 hair and just big chopped for the second time a few weeks ago. I think I am ready this time. Just dealing with dry hair. Have not found a routine yet 🤔 but working with what I have. Thanks for the encouragement to move forward in my journey.

It definitely takes time to find your ideal routine, trust me I've been there too. Thicker products, styling while your hair is completely soaked, and air drying is helpful. Also refreshing each morning with oil is good on dry hair. Thank you so much for watching, I'm glad you enjoyed it!

I only sleep on a satin pillow case as well. So freeing however, my hair holds the curl better when it’s compacted together. Lol

New subscriber here. Great content. I ❤ your hair and can't wait for my hair to look similar to yours on year 2. I became I yr. natural on your b-day but currently 27 mos. post relaxer. I too sleep on just a silk pillowcase. I like my natural hair to feel free. No matter the size a bonnet it compresses my hair too much for my liking. However, in keeping with unbound hair, I also take a shower without a hair cover/shower cap. I just make sure to push hair off my forehead and hair on nape up to avoid getting hair wet throughout the week. The steam from the shower certainly doesn't hurt. Thanks for the tip on eyebrow gel. I'm too lazy & uninterested to fill in sparse brows.
