Wow the elder man. SubhanAllah he has the natural inclination. He emphasized the word “surrender” which is literally what a Muslim essentially is- to “submit” your will to Allah, like he said, there is no God but God, no God but Allah. It's amazing how he said that at the end he felt "turbulence". Because that is exactly what the call to prayer is supposed to do. Its quite literally commanding a person to stop everything and to come quickly for prayer. If you didn't know the words, the sound is enough to bring a sense of unsettling urgency, like you have to get up and do something now.

As a revert to islam. The first time i Hurd the Adhan was in Lebanon when i was visiting and i was truly mesmerised by it. Then i started studying islam and became a muslim. Truly the Quran recitals and the Adhan are the best sound in the world. Allahu Akbar.
