Clearly voting ke basis pe aishwarya yaa niel jaate, but BB wanted anurag to be evicted. The BB tried to evict anurag with the help of isha on the basis of rule break so that audience cannot question BB (because when we have vote system why would you bring other elements for eviction) Big boss did this with Khanzadi when clearly neil had least vote and khanzadi had 2nd highest and people criticized BB for this so this time tried using isha ( uske kandhe pe bandook rakhkar goli marna tha anurag pe) . But clearly the that did not happen this time.
