Just go to your orders tab, click on return/exchange, then your 3 orders will appear in a sequence, so you can click on skip this order tab, if you don't wish u exchange that particular one. Then when you see the next product if that's the one you want to exchange, click on exchange, put your reasons, pictures etc, then click on next, skip the 3rd one if you don't wish to exchange that, at the end there must be a tab with the final thing, finish or exchange something. Then click and u are done.
