Aissa goes for a Perm

Alissa looks great and she loves it too. Loved her dress and she just looked so cute sat there in her cape with the rollers in, in anticipation. Is a bit like my first perm but mine was a bit shorter and a tighter curl especially straight after. Can’t wait to see her progress her future styles

Gorgeous!!! Don't ever go back to straight hair!!! Though frosted highlights *would* look really good mixed in those curls! There seems to be some debate about how much damage this actually causes, but all I can say is that my cousin has been getting perms and highlights in her hair 2-3 times a year since the mid 2000's, and her hair is in great condition! She looks stunning for it too! Give it a go - you only live once!!!

She looks much better with curls! Hopefully she will decide to keep the perm permanently lol Will you be doing the Jill Trenary cut on her? It would really suit her face shape and features in my opinion. The curls will really make this cut work! Will you do highlights with a cap for this cut? I seem to remember Jill Trenary had blonde highlights in her curls! Aissa would look incredible with short curly hair with blonde streaks!

@@nataliesmiff7890 she is open to all of that. I do have to buy a cap as I don’t have one, we just don’t do those anymore. I’ll get one have fun with it. We did get one for another video but I throw that one away the quality of it was terrible. I’ll find a better one this time

@@retrohaircuts Brill! Silicone caps are usually best. The method is starting to gain popularity again - look up 'brazil capping technique'! Everything comes back round - and personally I think the cap works better with curls than foils ever do!

Nice to see my suggestion read out! The perm is beautiful! Are you going to do the cap frosting while her hair is good and curly to go the whole nine yards on the 80s theme? Would look stunning on her! Damage can be managed!

Annie usually gets one haircut a year type of person so not for a while, her last haircut was done specially that way so it can grow over a long period of time
