I did my AIT there back in the late 90’s, 92G hooah! God so much has changed. Y’all have way more freedom and cellphone technology than we did.

@@itjustxpain6060 just study, pay attention, and trust your instructors. You’ll either have NCO instructors or civilian instructors. But it’s super easy. May I ask what MOS you are?

Quick question. I’m a SGT transferring from 10 years in the Marine Corps and leave for AIT 92Y at Ft Lee January 25th. I’m married with a baby on the way. As a SGT would they give me permission to keep my truck on base and leave on the weekends to see my wife that’s close by ? I ask because I’m not sure how Army schools operate as far as liberty goes and weather or not there’s more freedom being a married E5 oppose to a fresh boot. Please let me know, thank you !
