Mocow Map is Wrong - Technical Glitch as it repeats the Smae Texture all over the map
@BariumCobaltNitrog3n29 күн бұрын
For what it's worth, when you talk about having money the currency is a plural noun, "I have 50 dollars." But if you talk about the cost of something, the currency is an adjective that modifies the object so it is singular, "The 90,000 dollar drone was shot down." Think of it as a Five Dollar Bill. A three million dollar missile, two fifty million dollar tanks, a two dollar cigar, OR an expensive car. How expensive? A million dollars!

5:25 $90,000.. something tells me it would be cheaper to actually buy a 30+ year-old Cessna 150 anywhere from $15,000 -$25,000! Thin strap, all the weapons and make it radio controlled / autonomous! 5:56 on encountering electronic warfare for the little drones. Ukraine slapping on a spool of fiber optic cable, making the drone essentially unable to be jammed! However, it does decrease the weight that it can carry. I think by 2 kg “+/-“

Its very hard and expensive, to make radiocontroled syetem with 800+ km range. I think this is the most expensive part of the drone. And no one knows for shure, how much this drone costes
@videre888427 күн бұрын
Cessnas are easier to detect with radar than these smaller drones. A Cessna also carries more unnecessary weight, which reduces its range. I've heard that the Russians started hanging fiber optic cables on drones. So the Russians did it first because of all the jamming from the Ukrainians. There are videos of such missions. In them, a Russian FPV first flies over a Ukrainian off-road vehicle that is equipped with jammers and then hits the back of a T-64.
@MikhaelHausgeist27 күн бұрын
At beginning it was actually done exactly in that way... Unfortunately market of used Cessna-like planes not wide enough and they still need refurbishing and refitting plus as sayed @videre8884 they are brighter on radars.

Why do you keep claiming that the UJ22 is based off the Cessna? That's BS. Its a dumb comparison. Form follows function. That's basic in nature and engineering and is why birds are mostly similar with two wings or fish follow the streamlined torpedo shape. It also applies to aeronautical physics and that's why most tractor aircraft designed for general aviation are structured like they are. SOME Cessnas are high wing tractors with straight wings but others are not. You could just as correctly said it was styled after a Piper, Beach or Lancair which are generally classed as cruciform aircraft. If an engine is in front, then the forward pitching force of the wings and the weight of the engine and other equipment (with the CG under the correct lift point of the wing) have to be counteracted by a control surfaces mounted on a long lever (the tail assembly). Yes, a Cessna has all that, but I'd bet no Ukrainian aeronautical engineer had a single seconds thought about Cessna aircraft and didn't copy anything. I'm also extremely doubtful that the ACTUAL cost of construction is anywhere near $90K. I base that off my being an aircraft mechanic who has built several kit planes and also done a lot of modelling using easily available aircraft design software (with finite element analysis, not some toy program). And I've built RC aircraft LARGER and bigger engined than the UJ22 with hot wired styrofoam and then hand laid polyester / glass cloth composite skin. Note that even prior to the Ukrainian - Russian war there were very good autopilot systems out there. FYI - A gutted cell phone has quite a bit of the capacity to run flight software.
