It's the AMTS { Anti Modulation Tape Stabilizer } mechanism when closing the tray but it's too much i have the ad-f 850 and does the same noise but as much as yours : The sound for opening the tray sounds similar to my deck but again for closing is too much but maybe it's natural for this model ?

Badassvidsz there was a mechanical problem which was solved later.
