When only one device is plugged in (using one port), a miss-click occurs to the point where you cannot chat or use the screen properly while charging. When using more than 4 ports, charging automatically stops after 30 seconds. Even if I plug in all ports 1 to 8, it disconnects. We have video of this and have notified the company. The company continues to only request tests. I already have a video of what happened and I'm asking for an exchange. I am not a test person. If you use this product, you will experience an abnormal phenomenon during charging when connecting and disconnecting from the computer in ver1.0. In case of ver1.3, even if charging is done, it is not displayed on the channel screen. Only small letters such as totalP are recognized. In case of ver1.1, both connecting and disconnecting from the computer work normally.
