ಐಯ್ಯಂಗಾರ್ ಬೇಕರಿ ಶೈಲಿಯ ಹತ್ತಿಯಂತೆ soft ಚಾಕಲೇಟ್ ಕೇಕ್ ಮಾಡುವ ವಿಧಾನ | chocolate cake in oven Kannada |

Basic Chocolate sponge cake with eggs ingredients :
Cake premix
Maida 1 cup ( 250ml)
Cocoa powder 2 tbsp (15ml)
Baking powder 1/2 tbsp (7.5ml)
Baking soda 1/4 tbsp
Salt pinch
For cake batter
Eggs 4
Cake improver/ cake gel 1tsp
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Powdered sugar 1 cup (250ml)
Oil 1/8 cup (30ml)
Milk 1/4 cup (60ml)
Cake premix full
Beat till ribbon consistency
Use 7” or 8” cake mould
Preheat oven @180°c for 10 mins, both the rods on+ fan on
Bake cake @180°c for 55+mins
