Listening to Carol Banawa's Muntik na kitang Minahal for 5 days straight and it brought me to Aiza Seguerra's Pagdating ng Panahon which is for me, one of my childhood songs. Back then, I dont really understand what this song and its lyrics meant, but now that I am already an adult, the lyrics really hit me to the core. This kind of love na iaasa niyo na lang sa "destiny" or "tadhana" yung kayong dalawa ay isa sa pinakamasakit na reality sa mundo. Walang assurance, walang plano pero iaasa niyo na lang na sana someday mag tagpo ulit landas niyo at kayo pa rin sa huli. Ang sakit. I'm not broken pero this song made me really sad by just listening. 💔 To whoever is reading this one, I hope someday you'll end up with someone who really loves you and who you really love no matter how many years it will take and how many people you'll meet.
