KS it's literally what its stated to be, not initiated by the same manner as genjutsu but through a ritual. You are basically aizens prisoner till he releases it himself. Even after releasing people can still fall prey to aizen hypnosis again easily because didn't touch the blade (pre TYBW). Since he fused with his zanpaktou it works differently too. Its literally the reasons why he can still put people in illusions again 100s of years of later without doing anything if they already seen the ritual. Genjutsus as seen is naruto can be countered through skill too. Having good chakra control to restart your chakra, having doujustus such as rinnegan etc. Which is also why allies in naruto can also break each other out of genjutsu if one falls prey to it. Aizen could do a lot actually and wins pretty easily due to being immortal. He evolves constantly due to Hogyoku inside him. He would evolve to counter the Rinnegan and it’s techniques and basically everything else Madara has against him. That includes evolving to a point Madara can’t see through the Hypnosis. Even the limbo clones would be useless due to the Hypnosis and the Kido that allows him to reveal invisible things. He literally could just teleport above the Chibaku tensei and inside the Susanoo or flat out stop time. It boils down to how long can Madara last against Aizen.

If we’re obviously going to put two characters against one another who can’t die, then it literally never ends so let’s excuse the immortality they got from the hogyoku and the tree. A lot of what they said about Madara is true, but some of the speed calcs they did was horrendous for him since they calced his speed due to the quickness it took for the god tree roots to spread across the world. That’s shouldn’t equalize to speed for him at all. Imagine firing a gun, does that make u as fast as the bullet since u shot it? That’s my point. Madara is easily light speed to low FTL but they highballed it kinda. It was also EXTREMELY ambiguous to assume he can copy and absorb Kido spells and is immune to hypnosis. Kido is vastly different than how ninjutsu works. Anybody to an extent can learn a ninjutsu without much issue except using the right amount of chakra. We seen this happen when kid Naruto formed bad clones against Hinata’s bullies and again when he needed a few clones to form the rasengan and rasenshriuken. Kido on the other hand needs to be preformed perfectly to get the most out of it, otherwise an inexperienced kido user will just blow themselves up. That’s the reason why there’s only a handful of Kido masters in the bleach series, one of which is Aizen. His hypnosis is almost impossible to get out of. The only way to get out is either touch him or he himself has to turn it off. We seen it time and time again that genjutsu is escapable by having a partner (like a tailed beasts or in bleach’s case, a zanpakuto spirit) disrupt their energy flow and Tsukuyomi is escapable if you have a sharingan(although it’s still being debated if Itachi let Sasuke out of it). Hell, IT was negated by the Edo tenseis and the rinnegan, Naruto, Sakura, and Kakashi only escaped it because Sasuke blocked it with the susanno. The only Genjutsu that can affect souls is Kotoamatuskami since Itachi used it on himself.

@@mugetsu3097 they HEAVILY screwed over Aizen. They assumed that Unohana was able to see through his hypnosis, lost his power after being hit with Mugetsu, and scaled to the Soul King. While he does scale to the Soul King, the Soul King isn’t multi planetary. The soul kings entire purpose is to hold the universe. Unohana also didn’t see through it, she just assumed it was a corpse doll. And he didn’t lose his power. That’s what they get when they use fan translations instead of the VIZ one
