I prefer AJ s style of bjj. I hate this crap where guys drop to their butt and scoot around. The other guy is skilled obviously but Jesus what is the deal with these bjj people just dropping to their ass and scooting around.
@g0thboi_hc6 жыл бұрын
Matthew Mauldon some competitors aren't wrestlers and rather not give their opponents the advantage of their takedowns, others just like to pull guard, and play bottom however wrestlers do make a more enjoyable and exciting match. But if it's guys like the miyao brother's you'll rarely see them wrestle but yet they are highly advanced and very technical competitors. Other then that this was a very good match.
@Firstname_Surname5 жыл бұрын
To be honest he did give him chances to take him down and every time it just ended in guard.
@samuelpark78645 жыл бұрын
if youre too scared to drop to ur butt, then go do wrestling. There's a reason why the best bjj players pull guard, its cuz a better guard always wins. Also the main thing that separates bjj from catch wrestling is the emphasis on the guard.
@matthewmauldon92195 жыл бұрын

@bombastikderteutone68585 жыл бұрын
@@patrickjensen8215 yaaahaaa. i think we guessed. What are they going to do though? if they attend to Standard procedure - 1.be too far out for strikes 2.be too close in (close the distance) 3. clinch and take Opponent down - they Need takedowns. any Greco / Judo Training teaches you that. Greco/ Judo is not only suited for taking People down, because they LEARN takedowns, but because they practise them, in Training AND in tournaments. Every fight starts Standing up there. Like a " real street fight" you fight like you Train in my opinion (or spar, or fight in tournaments)
