Usyk won it 116-111 for me, dictated the pace throughout and forced Fury to work every second of every round, even when Fury was having his moments Usyk had him right where he wanted and in round 8 he just went through the gears and Fury couldn’t stay with him, was robbed of a knockout in the ninth and just bamboozed and battered Fury down the stretch.

Usyk had the first three rounds. Fury had 4,5 and 6. Rounds 7 onwards is when Usyk was done downloading information about Fury and he started imposing his will on the fight. All of this resulted in the bloody nose that Fury ended up with towards the end of Round 8. At this point Usyk is primed to shift gears. We know how Round 9 panned out and the referee saved Fury from being finished off by Usyk. More methodical pressure followed in Rounds 10,11, and 12 from Usyk. There is no way this can ever be a 7-5. It's either 8-4 or 9-3 in favor of Usyk. Fury was completely outclassed, and he was beat up with supreme precision. Only being saved by a very, very lenient count and the intervening referee. Fury got schooled here.

British fans, thank you for supporting boxing! For the true love of this sport. And thank you for your support of Ukraine. Ukraine has a champion for the whole world! A champion who showed that boxing is first of all a sport, and then everything else. Because in sports you can have a smaller height and less weight, but the only thing that matters is your class and skill. I am proud to be Ukrainian. Thank you Britain for your support. Together - strength.

7-5 or 8-4 Usyk with the knock down it was a competitive fight until it wasn't at the end but I have to say this I seen a clear path to victory for Fury it fell apart for him after he got his nose broke the round before the he knocked down... The first two or three rounds he was trying to outbox Usyk bad idea ..when decided not to take a back step in the middle rounds lean and use his size punch off the break if you put it together for 12 rounds he has a chance he can win it wouldn't be easy but I see a way he can get it done just my thoughts

It was close, but the adjustments Usyk made, mid fight really showed his class. It was almost that he restricted his range in the first half of the fight and had to take the uppercuts from Fury, so that he could take his opportunities later on, when Furys style broke down. Fury can win a rematch, but has he got the motivation and dedication to do the work to get the slickness and snap back. I doubt it. But what do I know. Great fight, Kudos to both fighters.

I saw the fight exactly how Eddie described. Uysk R1, R2 Fury R3,R4,R5,R6,R7 Fury 68/65 up going into the 8th, gets his nose broke and it's 77/75 going into the 9thwhich is a 10/8 round (Actually thought the fight should/could have been stopped here too with a TKO) start of round 10 they're equal on the cards 85-85, then Uysk wins 10th, 11th, 12th 115-112 on my score card, watching with the sound off (as always so I'm not swayed by commentators)

Once Usyk made the adjustment in the 8th (started staying in the pocket instead of backing off from the body uppercut) Luke was terrified. He did not want to exchange with this man. He wanted to pot shot singles.
@JohnSmith-bu3fw8 ай бұрын
Of course he did the shithouse. I like Fury and Usyk, no bias here - Fury gave Usyk on hell of a fight. AJ wouldn't have lived with Usyk on Saturday, just like he didn't really live with him in their two fights. By round 3, Fury had actually worked Usyk out. He comfortably won 3 - 7. He established his range, uppercuts and body shots, and Usyk looked very much like a man who had no answer because Fury refused to let him in. Then, Fury, as he has done so often, switched off. Maybe he was thinking it was too easy, who knows, but he let Usyk in, and that's all Usyk needs. He then started tagging Fury, something he was unable to do for rounds 3 - 7, and the rest is history. Usyk - absolute legend, but he was allowed back in by Fury. Fury - got to Usyk and hurt him. Switched off and never fully recovered. But, how the fxxk he recovered and came back out for round 10 - hard as nails. Both men hard as nails. Levels above AJ in terms of footwork, skill, punch placement, and HEART. Nobody gives a fcxk what QUITTER AJ thinks - he'd have quit on his stool and not come out for the tenth. There's a reason two cards were 114-113. It was close. Bring on the rematch.

Fury used the right weapon , the UPPERCUT, but appears to abandoned it after Round 7-8. Fury won when he stayed in the center of the ring. Fury lost bad when he went to the ropes. Agree with Eddie. The first two could have gone either way but from the third Fury got to grips with Usyk and even started to have his number around the 5th and 6th aswell as hurting Usyk. Fury got caught in the 7th but probably took that round and then had a round off in the 8th doing nothing and that’s where Usyk got his second win and took the fight to fury and won.
