🌙TURKISH PIDE🌙
Pide Dough:
Plain Flour 2 cups
Instant yeast 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Luke warm water as needed
Pide Filling:
Minced meat 2 cups
Oil 2-3 tbsp
ginger paste 1 tsp
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Salt and Red chili powder to taste
Black pepper to taste
Chili flakes to taste
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Oregano 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Bake at 200°C for 10-12 minutes using upper and lower rod
