This song is definitely underrated. It has so much meaning to me and it makes me think about how I would handle things differently if I would have known what I know now. My dad passed away really unexpected about 2,5 years ago, and god... how I miss him. I turn 21 in 3 days, and days like this make me think about how many things I already had to do without him, and which major life events and achievements I still will have to go through without him. I still think about him every single day, some days a little more than others. It truly has changed my relationship with my mom, stepdad, siblings, boyfriend who also lost his mom 7 years ago... it makes every little moment I have with them so much more precious, which truly is the moral of this song. Appreciate every single moment you have with your loved ones, sometimes a goodbye is sooner than you would expect. The passing of my dad gave me so many life lessons, but still, I would trade those life lessons again for my dad to be here with me again without a doubt. Love you paps x
