This "Lone wolf" gimmick has to be the best one of AJ Styles' whole career. He actually played a proper character and showed personality, while being aggressive, vicious yet calm and calculating. Plus he was amazing in the ring like always.

Hitman683 I like NJPW alot and it's dominion show is looking wrestlemania worthy with Okada vs Omega and Y2J vs Naito (which was recently confirmed) but if you mean he had a better run in New Japan you are wrong...it's not New Japans fault since he only spend 2 years there and spend about 14 in TNA but still we can't lie..if you mean him coming back to New Japan instead of impact I think he should personally do both..work the best wrestling company in terms of story and wrestling (New Japan) and the place where he was made and his TRUE home (TNA) and by new Japan I mean new Japan and roh like Cody

let's be honest for a moment and just say that if wrestling was real, then Angle would have won in thirty seconds. Gold medal is real!

On the contrary. . . AJ has a damn impressive background of his own, which Angle would have a very difficult time trying to defeat. I suggest that you do your homework on the Phenomenal 1. P.S. Being as your incompetence overclouds your judgment, I've been to live events to predict that wrestling is more real than you think.

@@Alb-fx9hq Typical response by an incompetent fanboy who knows not the first thing about AJ, that defines his athleticism, skills, technicality, abilities, and speed. With all do respect to Angle, another match against Styles, such as the one they had back in TNA, AJ would obliterate him. For future reference, do your homework, and know your wrestling, before you make a complete fool of yourself.

i actually enjoyed the commentary so much on this match. tazz with his technical knowledge playing the pompous douchey heel was amazing and tennay feeling outsmarted projected through his tone was so good. And the whole commentary was based on the match which itself told a beautiful story. Good stuff
