Andy, if you get to give feedback pre release again next year (even though they don’t really listen) You should mention a counter on the card info for number of times packed. Although might expose them on duplicate theory so they may be unwilling lol

If you’re still awake, I would have liked to tell you that everything Will be fine, but I cant guarantee that. Something I have struggled with is being calm and relaxed, for me just listening to some calm noises made it much better for me and i am today a much more stabile being. If you often feel exhausted try to focus on calming down in whatever way you like. If you actually feel good but just having some trouble to sleep This time I am sorry for writing Such a long paragraph, but it also contains knowledge on How to hopefully ”treat” it if it ever gets serious ❤
