One after another quality content.Thanks for all these videos!!!Sir when I do chair freeze I put my stabbing hand on the back. While going from pilot to chair freeze I tend to fall back. So, do you place the stabbing hand while going from pilot to chair to the side or to the back. Please help...While switching legs in baby freeze I feel pain and stretch in my neck is that okay? Please make tutorials on Toprocks, turtles spin and backspin.

Subscribed! One question, i started to learn a few days ago but my body has been hurting all over the place especially my thighs and ankle, should i rest for a few days to heal up or is it normal to feel the pain everytime you train and should i just keep going?

Lol that quote tho hahahaha brooooo thanks!!! I was doing some freezes workout today and I was thinking how to improve it in order to get better with them and perhaps build some strength for powermoves, this will help me alot with my routines!

Nearly same here 😁 I told AJ about my problems with freeze transition baby2head2air and back for example... now he ups this tutorial👍I was looking for using less strenght/power in my freezes; I must learn everything on my very own as the fact we have got no Breaking schools for adults in my city😠 and it's a million people EU-city(!) So sad about this 🙁
@alejandrochaguan23384 жыл бұрын
@@davidbeckham3353 no worries man, this kind of tutorials help alot, I never danced on a school or anything, we just formed a group between me and my friends and started learning, but I stop because I couldn´t balance it with my studies and been practicing constant for a month and feel stronger than ever, so as long as you have an space and perhaps some friends to enjoy practice the only path ahead of you is growth :D
@davidbeckham33534 жыл бұрын
@@alejandrochaguan2338 thank you. You are right!! I keep on practising as much as I can and when I'm looking back 1 year ago - I've become much more better 😊 My friends sadly all come from bodybuilding (I'm a former one too) so they aren't able to break and also not very interested in. They like our style, agility & show. But they are unbalanced and have to much body weight (but always looking funny when they want to do a freeze "only with strenght" - and fail😅)... So I will further learn on my own by using this great tutorials. How long do you break(?)

You should make some training vlogs of your day to days. You train your power but never really showcase it in the tutorials, an idea no? 🤔

@@AJ47SoulMavericks Think strength training is interesting (not for me this time😅)... but isn't the best way to build strength & power by using bells or machines (@gym)? I'm sure every bboy got some short bells/weights at home. Maybe a mixture of train with weights and without (like calisthenics with own bodyweight or something like that) would be an interesting option 🤔
