I don't know if there's anything I can get done realistically before the new year, but one thing that I'm not very good at that I would like to continue working on into and through 2019 is valuing consistency. I get frustrated when I don't see the results I want right away, forgetting the old cliche that it really is more about the process and the journey. I think this goes hand in hand with favoring instant gratification in all facets of my life (money, fitness, work). I think if I can value consistency it'll make the journey to the things I want and working toward my goals much more fulfilling.

I want to figure out what my goals for 2019 are! I've been so laser focused on getting debt free that everything else has been moved to the back burner. I've heard of this practice of finding a word to "represent" your goals for the coming year. Once I outline my 2019 goals I think my word will reveal itself.

😂 😂 The only thing I want accomplish by the end of the year is finish a project I've been working on at work. It's been 2 years in progress and its only the first part of what will ultimately take another 3 years to complete. But it's a really big milestone for my career, and it's so hard finding the motivation to finish and submit before Christmas.

i want to finish making all the men's patterns for my collections before the year ends, roughly 30 styles cherry on top if i can cut and sew all the initial mockups to do pattern corrections in january

Well I'm not over weight being 180 5'11" with a 32 inch waist. I guess the reason is to get a 6 pack. I have a 1 pack at the moment so I guess its for vanity reasons. As you probably already know after 12 hours of fasting supposedly your body switches to fat for energy since your glucose is depeleted.
