karrimzz you are aware he has a KZbin page with hundreds of not thousands of talks? They are audio only but it's the same as this, everyday, from talks he gives at his monastery.

@@JGAbstractHis talks at the monastery are very different from this kind of talk. This is much more relaxed and he laughs a lot and makes a lot of jokes. At the monastery he is very focused and "closed".

There is a fine line of awake and consciously asleep, right there where dimensions cross in meditation. It makes me laugh because I'm thinking of when I'm at that point sometimes in meditation where I can feel my head nodding off and I catch it. Its helpful to be conscious of that moment where the body wants to sleep because it's nice to consciously fall asleep sometimes, knowing where that point is in states of being makes it easy to jump right to that spot.
