Nothing, if detector is installed correctly. Also, you can change detection zone at any moment to avoid false alarms.

Are all the beams adjustable from 3-15 meters? Both the top and the bottom? I am interested in placing it on a first floor apartment balcony. I am worried about the plants I have in pots as well as a big tree. also for the strong wind maybe trigger a false alarm.

If the device is used to protect windows or window displays, the detector is placed at a height of 0.5 to 0.6 meters from the window sill. You can set the detection zone from 4 to 15 meters. You can configure everything as you need according to the instructions on the site support.ajax.systems/en/manuals/dualcurtain-outdoor/.

All beams are adjustable from 4 to 15 meters or only the bottom? My balcony is 15 meters but I want to protect only 10. So I ask if I can adjust the beams only for this area.

When you set the detection zone from 4 to 15 meters, it works simultaneously for left-upper and left-lower beams.

You have 2 beams on the right side and 2 on the left. When you change the position of the left switch - you control only 2 left beams.

So someone slides it off. Runs off with the device. Throws it away . Sure it's caused a tamper and set off an alarm. Who cares , burglar just needs to wait a couple more days before returning. So he does , now he can asses the victims home because , 1) he's removed the device a couple of days earlier on 2) he's figured they havnt installed a newly replaced one on yet. Horrible, How was this missed by the ajax company. Please be more articulate and understand to use locking mechanisms or Starkey or special alen key in order to unlock the device from bracket. Each street sensor has a special screw that secures the sensor to the SmartBracket, so a burglar cannot simply remove the sensor from the mount. The SmartBracket itself is screwed to the wall too. You can come to us for certification to learn many essential details about the system.
