I'm new to Vuejs and I'm checking to see how would you do this, apparently I've been following the same logic, except I moved the login and register axios logic into separate folder called composables. I also included the sanctum/csrf-cookie request in login and register method before doing other request.

I found the issue for those with the same problem. In the .env file I needed to have to proper port number for the backend "SANCTUM_STATEFUL_DOMAINS=localhost,localhost:8000"
